Mrs. Helen

Lead Montessori teacher
Mrs. Helen is our school's Lead Montessori teacher. She brings decades of knowledge working with children and is a beloved mother and grandmother. She is professionally trained in the AMI Montessori method of education and understands exactly how to deliver her powerful knowledge to her students. She is well versed in the importance of enriching each child's learning experience with her vast teaching achievements. She makes every lesson and activity memorable and each day is especially engaging for every child. Children truly treasure the lifelong impact Mrs. Helen has made and many have returned years after to thank her.

Miss. Lakmini

Lead toddler teacher
Miss Lakmini is the Lead toddler teacher and brings a great structure and routine into the classroom for her students. She is well trained in developing the fine and gross motor skills of toddlers through her thoughtful developmental activities and lesson plans. Her expertise is in verbal and emotional development as she instructs and motivates each child to reach their potential. Miss Lakmini understands the great care needed and special importance of guided transitioning from the infant developmental milestones into well prepared preschoolers. The toddlers in her care achieve wonderful leaps in development socially, physically and emotionally.

Ms. Marina

Lead infant teacher
Ms. Marina is the Lead infant teacher and brings her expertise in care and attentive engagement with each infant in her classroom. She is well trained in the importance of emotional connection and encourages linguistic development of each child through books, songs and infuses lessons with Russian words to broaden the capabilities of every baby's developing brain. She also implements sign language to connect with each infant as they begin to interact and respond to their environment. Her active involvement in each stage of development from fine to gross motor skill encourages every baby to feel safe and capable of exploring as they learn and grow.

Assistant infant teacher
Miss Rufina is the Assistant infant teacher. She is a graduate from university in Belarus. She has a passion to work with children of all ages. She specializes in Russian language instruction, provides a nurturing environment where young children begin their journey with the Russian language. Her warm, supportive approach fosters a love for learning and helps build a strong foundation in both language and cultural appreciation. Dedicated to creating a positive and immersive experience, she ensures each child feels confident and excited about their new linguistic adventure.
